The session, themed “The Road to Self-Reliance: Sustaining FSTPs Beyond External Supportˮ, emphasized enabling municipalities and stakeholders to independently manage FSTPs, ensuring continuous service delivery, revenue generation, and progress toward CWIS targets, including equity, safety, environmental protection, and financial sustainability.
